Position Overview:
As an Assistant Manager at EDGE Express Car Wash, you will be a dynamic leader responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving customer service excellence, and fostering a productive team environment.
About You:

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee all aspects of daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
· Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer issues
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
· Develop and implement training programs to enhance team productivity and professionalism
· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
· Manage inventory, equipment repairs, and maintenance to optimize operational efficiency
Daily Routine:
· Perform opening and closing duties
· Monitor and manage the car wash queue to optimize customer flow
· Uphold company policies and processes
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in a customer service-oriented environment
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Must be at least 18 years of age

Experience Level:
· Customer service: 2 years (Required)
· Management or leadership: 1 year (Preferred)
Positions Available: Full-time
Working Days: Monday – Sunday (full-time team members must work some weekends).
Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM (shifts vary).
Physical Demands:
· Working outdoors, including the summer heat and the winter cold.
· Standing for long periods at one time.
· Quickly assisting customers by jogging/running.
· Lifting, pushing or pulling 25lbs or more.
Requirements:
· Must enjoy working with people.
· Ability to work on the weekends.
· Ability to be friendly and polite.
