Position Overview:
As a Site Manager at EDGE Express Car Wash, you will take charge of daily operations with the full backing of our corporate team. Compensation:
- Monthly and yearly bonuses estimated at $15,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, training, and scheduling of team members.
- Supervise daily operations, including facility opening, closing, and maintenance.
- Motivate and support team members to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Educate customers on our services and ensure their needs are met promptly.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and damage claims effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold organizational standards.
- Cultivate a professional and positive team culture.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance operational and financial performance.
- Conduct team performance assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage budgets and optimize expenses to achieve financial goals.
