Landscape Maintenance Crew Members - DRIVER (Wilmington, NC)
$16. to $22. per hour (based on experience)
Edge Landscaping Inc. located in Wilmington, NC is seeking experienced Crew Members with a valid driver's license to join our Maintenance Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Typical job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Knows and follows all company safety, personnel, and procedure policies.
- Follow the direction of the Crew Leader or Supervisor to satisfy job requirements.
- Safely and efficiently operate lawn maintenance equipment and other tools including but not limited to edger, line trimmer, mower, and backpack blower.
- Identify and pull/remove weeds.
- Recommends changes to Crew Leader to improve efficiency.
- Maintains a clean and professional work site, truck/trailer, and uniform.
- Assists with proper securement of equipment for transport.
- Represent the company with professionalism and with good public relations.
- Adapt to various working situations.
- Ability to work well with all crew members and multiple supervisors
- Communicates well with Crew Leaders, Account Managers and Operations Manager.
**Must have a Valid Driver’s License (3 years minimum)**
Physical Requirements:
- Must have full range of mobility including but not limited to standing, bending over, kneeling, squatting and walking for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Compensation & Benefits: (some benefits subject to a 90-day waiting period)
$16. to $22. per hour (based on experience)
