What You’ll Do
- Lead & Train – Supervise and motivate a team of landscape professionals to deliver high-quality results
- Plan & Execute – Oversee lawn care, tree care, irrigation, and ornamental plant maintenance
- Ensure Quality & Safety – Maintain landscaping equipment and enforce best safety practices
- Develop Future Leaders – Train new employees and ensure top-tier performance across the team
- Work Directly with Management – Provide progress updates and help improve efficiency

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in landscaping or groundskeeping, with strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, and plant care
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable, hardworking, and ready to lead a high-performance team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
