Operation of all coil tubing equipment during job task and assisting Coiled Tubing Supervisor in job duties to complete job in and efficient and effective manner.
\n- Utilizes “STOP WORK AUTHORITY”.
- Works safely and efficiently, in accordance with Gladiator Energy policy and procedures. Practices safe handling techniques.
- Knows how to correctly create and follow JSA's by participating in pre-job safety meetings.
- Operates fluid pumps and associated equipment with minimum supervision.
- Operates nitrogen pumps and associated equipment with minimum supervision.
- Operates coil tubing units and associated equipment with minimum supervision of a Coil Supervisor.
- Assists with the mobilization of equipment by driving coiled tubing units, pump trucks, N2 trucks, transports, or pickup trucks to the job location.
- Assists with the pre-job and post-job inspections and testing of the coiled tubing units, N2 units, fluid pumps and other auxiliary equipment by completing pre- and post-job inspection forms.
- Assists with the maintenance and general upkeep of the coiled tubing units and related equipment. Maintains a safe work area or job site by following the company's HSE and Standard Operating Procedures manuals.
- Assists in training Equipment, Pump and Relief Operators in equipment operations and procedures.
- Delegates certain job tasks to Equipment Operators, Pump Operator and Relief Operators during job operation.
- Drive and/or load DOT-regulated vehicles both in-state and between states carrying Gladiator Energy LLC property that is used in furtherance of Gladiator Energy LLC's business and which substantially affects safety in intrastate transportation.
- Assists supervisor in writing accurate job tickets, daily logs, pre- and post-job reports, JSA's and other documentation as required.
- Ability to fill in for Coiled Tubing Supervisor when needed and take over perspective job duties and tasks to complete the job.
- Ability to work a "14 Days On 7 Days Off" schedule and remain fit for duty.
- High school diploma/G.E. D (preferred) or equivalent.
- Work Experience with heavy equipment operation and maintenance (preferred).
- Valid Class A CDL (required), with hazardous material endorsement (preferred), tankers endorsement (preferred), and double/triples endorsement (mandatory).
- This position requires the employee to have completed a minimum of 1 year in a Relief Operator position or equivalent.
- Able to safely lift 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.
