\n- Job Responsibilites
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies
- Planning and preparing presentations for customers
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer needs
- Develop activity reports, quotes, and forecasts
- Generate new leads, screen and select potential opportunities in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including post operations follow-ups.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue potential
- Develop customer account profiles (contact analysis, supply chain, etc.)
- Provide trustworthy feedback and post-operations support
- Close new business deals by negotiating contracts and communicating requirements to operations
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or similar role (minimum 3 years preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Time management and planning skills
- Successful track record in B2B oil and gas sales (Prospecting, Meeting, Discovery, Closing, Follow-up)
