Job Responsibilities

Marketing
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction 
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs 
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies 
  • Planning and preparing presentations for customers 
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients 
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer needs 
Sales
  • Develop activity reports, quotes, and forecasts
  • Generate new leads, screen and select potential opportunities in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including post operations follow-ups.
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue potential
  • Develop customer account profiles (contact analysis, supply chain, etc.)
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and post-operations support
  • Close new business deals by negotiating contracts and communicating requirements to operations
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs


Skill Set
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or similar role (minimum 3 years preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Public speaking and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Successful track record in B2B oil and gas sales (Prospecting, Meeting, Discovery, Closing, Follow-up)
