We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Concrete Crew Leader to join our team in a full-time, travel-intensive role. This position involves traveling 75% of the time to oversee concrete projects and ensure their successful completion. Concrete Crew Leader Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee concrete construction projects from inception to completion.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and adhere to high-quality standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Travel to various job sites across the region (75% travel required).
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Concrete Crew Leader Requirements:
- Experience in concrete or epoxy work is a plus, but not required.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel extensively and stay on-site as needed.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening (no marijuana) and background check (no felonies).
