What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Crew Leader position at Edge Outdoors?
Are you a skilled leader with a background in construction or concrete? We’re seeking Construction Foremen with experience managing crews of 2-5 people to join our team. This is a travel-based position requiring 70-75% travel, with all expenses covered and a per diem provided for 7 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage projects from start to finish.
- Perform surface preparation tasks, including etching and grinding.
- Assemble and dismantle concrete forms.
- Mix and pour concrete and epoxy with precision.
Construction Crew Leader Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- At least 3 years of experience in leadership or project management roles.
- Experience in Construction or concrete.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
