As a Pre-Engineered Metal Building Project Foreman, you will oversee the daily operations of our metal building projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on experience with pre-engineered metal building systems.
This is a full-time traveling role. Applicants must be willing to be on the road and travel to various job sites throughout the Southwestern US. $100 per diem / $150 Travel Pay
Metal Building Project Foreman Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including site preparation, foundation, assembly, and finishing.
- Manage and lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to project managers and clients.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage.
Metal Building Project Foreman Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a foreman in pre-engineered metal building construction.
- Proven ability to lead and manage construction teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of pre-engineered metal building systems and construction techniques.
- Excellent understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
