We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, utilizing various tools and equipment. This position requires physical effort and the ability to work collaboratively in a production environment. The shift is Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm.
Manufacturing Associate Duties
- Work on the production line, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.
- Utilize forklifts for material handling, ensuring safe transport of goods within the manufacturing area.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used during production.
Manufacturing Associate Requirements
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility setting is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not required at the time of hire.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a factory environment.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols consistently throughout daily operations.
