What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traveling Foreman position at Edge Outdoors?
We are seeking a skilled Traveling Foreman to join our team in the Youngstown, OH region. This position requires frequent travel, both locally and nationwide. Travel costs are fully covered, including a 7-day per diem allowance. Preference will be given to candidates with 3–5 years of experience leading their own crew.
Traveling Foreman Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or crew leadership role (preferred).
- Comfortable with 70–75% national travel.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- At least 3 years of experience in concrete or general construction is preferred.
Traveling Foreman Requirements:
- Experience in concrete or epoxy is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, depending on project scope.
- Competence in performing essential concrete trade tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $23–$28 per hour.
- Weekly direct deposit for hassle-free payments.
- Full coverage of travel expenses a $37 per diem (7 days).
