Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and Four Seasons Standards. Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the Bar servers using the hotel’s POS systems and check completed orders with the guest’s original order. Assist in stocking china, glass, silver for service. Breakdown, clean, and set up of tables and drink stations. This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills are a necessity. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum two years bartending or related work

• Customer Service experience required

• Good command of the English language

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
