NIGHT SHIFT POSITION
Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-operation procedures or to ensure smooth operation
- Control and adjust machine settings (speed, temperature, etc.)
- Ensure that machinery continuously has raw materials
- Continuously inspect machinery for mechanical issues
- Assist fixing issues that might occur during the shift
- Maintain daily activity, cleaning & maintenance logs
- Communicate with colleagues to ensure efficient operation
Requirements and skills:
- Knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery
- Understanding of production procedures
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear).
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Physical stamina and strength
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven attendance record
- Overtime required
