Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Utilize computer software to manage documents and communicate effectively
- Maintain an organized workspace to enhance productivity
- Operate truck scale. Weighing incoming and outgoing loads
- Other misc. office duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and front desk operations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
