Our client is a $50M PE-backed Gov Con, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead their accounting operations. This role will oversee the accounting function for all U.S. entities, manage a team of 4, and play a key role in M&A integrations and high-level strategic projects.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Manage and mentor a team of four accounting professionals.
- Lead financial reporting, month-end close processes, and reconciliations.
- Support M&A integrations and other strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
