Our client is a large Gov Con seeking a Financial Analyst Lead to join their team. With commercial and Gov Con operations, this client is rapidly growing. The Financial Analyst Lead will be responsible for presenting program reports and support ad-hoc needs to executive leadership.
This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity. 100% Remote.
Responsibilities :
- Manage program financial reporting and forecasting to include burn rate, estimated profit / loss.
- Review and validate subcontractor and employee timesheets.
- Coordinate and prepare routine program-level reports and deliverables, such as Monthly Status Report and PTO reports.
- Foster formal and informal communication networks between the customer and the team to facilitate close collaboration and working relationships.
- Coordinate with program managers to create business and staffing plans.
