Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving business development initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with customers. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional communication skills to effectively market our products and services. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Identify new business opportunities through warm calling and networking to expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create strategic plans for account growth and retention.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, updates, and industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members in account management strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand competitive positioning.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market developments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in business development and account management with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within the organization.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage accounts efficiently.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay

  • Sales or Account Management: 1 year (Required)

Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
