Job Description: SaaS Sales Director (Mid-Market Franchise Business)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SaaS Sales Director to lead a remote team of Account Executives targeting mid-market franchise businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new mid-market clients, managing key partnerships, and consistently exceeding sales targets. You will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored specifically to the mid-market segment, including account segmentation, lead generation, and optimizing the sales process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and coaching a remote team of Account Executives to drive new customer acquisition and achieve sales objectives.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize growth within mid-market franchise businesses.
  • Driving the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for clients.
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying key opportunities for expansion within the mid-market space.
  • Accurately forecasting sales revenue and addressing potential risks and opportunities to maintain steady deal flow.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on customer relationships to develop long-term partnerships and drive continued success.
