Description: Support R&D budget development, analysis, reporting, information management.
Responsibilities include:
- Monthly data processing (Expense and Workload)
- Clean up data and enter into company systems after budget authorization Coordinate meetings with other organizations and executives
- Prepare and distribute documents (Power Point, Meeting Notes, Emails to BU managements)
- Save official documents in designated place Other Data Management Support
Required Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- MS Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint intermediate skill.
- Experience with SAP i.e Reporting Analytics / BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work independently.
Desired Qualifications: Teams/SharePoint: Maintaining workspaces, files/folders, permissions.
