We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for a Global Consumer Product Company
based in Cupertino, CA. This role requires system-level experience to tackle new challenges

Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation and execution of test readiness activities, including managing
the transition from Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) to final assembly across all phases
of product New Product Introduction (NPI) development
Plan and execute dry runs to ensure test readiness for NPI builds, identifying issues
early.
Quickly troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues to minimize disruptions.
Develop and implement strategies for problem-solving and timely solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment on project goals.
Track and report test progress and outcomes for transparency.
Continuously improve test processes to enhance quality and efficiency, ensuring industry
compliance.
Requirements
Experience in system integration, NPI, and working with cross-functional teams to
address issues.
Experience in hardware and understanding in firmware/software development, but not
necessarily deep low-level programming skills.
Proven experience in program management or test readiness at the system level, with a
strong background in hardware and software integration
Knowledge and experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) for consumer products,
enabling efficient issue resolution and build execution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex
issues clearly
Experience in consumer product manufacturing tests and hardware/software integration
is a plus
Automotive, aviation, and consumer electronics backgrounds are preferred over
consumer-facing software testing experience.
Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid, Tuesdays - Thursdays Onsite)
Duration: 12-36 months
