Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the environmental sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, businesses, and stakeholders interested in eco-friendly solutions.
- Conduct outreach efforts, cold calls, and networking to generate leads.
Client Consultation & Solutions Selling
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of sustainable products, environmental services, or compliance solutions.
- Assess client needs and recommend customized solutions based on sustainability goals.
- Provide product demonstrations, sales presentations, and proposals.
Market Research & Strategy
- Stay up to date with industry trends, environmental regulations, and green technologies.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, campaigns, and outreach programs.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, sales, and client interactions.
- Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up to maintain long-term partnerships.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales, business development, or environmental consulting.
- Knowledge: Understanding of environmental products, sustainability practices, or regulatory compliance.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for client interactions and presentations.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales, sustainability consulting, or renewable energy solutions.
