Role Overview:
We are seeking to add an Account Representative to our team full time and to play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of client relationships and ensuring a seamless experience for traders. Your responsibilities include handling Account Support, New Account Support, and Client Experience, as well as providing crucial support to brokers by managing incoming calls and completing client onboarding cycles. You will act as a trusted liaison between customers and our internal teams, ensuring that each client receives timely, relevant support and services that meet their needs.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and overall success by connecting clients with the right resources across departments including technical support, product, and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding the components of the futures industry.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Complete the client onboarding cycle and ensure accounts are properly activated.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through communication and engagement.
- Understand customer goals, challenges, and feedback, and advocate on their behalf internally to improve customer experience.
- Coordinate and route client requests to the appropriate teams (e.g., support, risk, brokers), ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Monitor account health and sales KPI’s to proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain up-to-date account information and communication history in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal onboarding teams to ensure a smooth setup and service delivery experience.
- Work directly with the Customer Success Manager to create and organize the company’s Knowledge Base (Support Center).
- Assist in identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales or account management teams.
- Training will be provided for proper risk monitoring and having the ability to manage customer positions as needed.
- Master EdgeClear products while understanding the competitive landscape.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, communication, marketing, or related field.
- An interest in working within the financial services industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work in an office environment with a dynamic team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and the desire to be a key part of the team.
- Self-starter with top-notch organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under daily time constraints and with deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM, live chat tools and brokerage operations are a plus.
Compensation:
Our compensation package is based on your experience and includes excellent health (PPO plan with matched premiums) and retirement benefits (401k with up to 4% contribution match).
