We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Social Worker to join our team at SouthWest Edgecombe High School. Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and provide individual and group counseling to students facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement intervention plans tailored to student needs.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on social-emotional learning and mental health awareness for staff and students.
- Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and support, including suicide prevention and conflict resolution.
