Job Summary :

As the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and driving the growth of our product lines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and executive leadership, to ensure our products are effectively positioned and marketed to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives. Your contributions will be crucial in establishing our brand and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Planning :

  • Develop and execute innovative product marketing strategies aligned with the company's vision and market trends.
  • Lead marketing efforts for new product introductions, ensuring successful market entry and adoption.
  • Foster collaboration with sales, customers, and engineering teams to define product specifications and roadmap, ensuring products are developed to meet customer needs and market trends.

2. Product Positioning and Messaging :

  • Craft and communicate compelling product positioning and messaging highlighting our unique value propositions and differentiating our products in the market.
  • 3. Go-to-Market Strategy :

  • Drive the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including pricing, sales enablement, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively market our products.
  • 4. Market Research and Analysis :

  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to drive product roadmap priorities.
  • 5. Competitive Analysis :

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to inform product development and positioning, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends and customer demands.
  • Conduct competitive and benchmarking analysis of competing solutions in the market and provide collateral and tools to the sales team to enable them to successfully position the company's products at customers.
  • 6. Customer Engagement :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with select customers and partners.
  • Gather customer insights through surveys, interviews, and feedback sessions to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Define and articulate customer use cases to aid in the development of product solutions, helping to drive innovation and product improvement.
  • Use customer insights obtained directly from customers or via sales to continuously refine and enhance our AI solutions.
  • 7. Team Leadership and Development (Future) :

  • Lead and mentor a growing team of product marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • 8. Marketing Collateral and Content :

  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including product datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
  • 9. Performance Monitoring and Reporting :

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
  • 10. Ecosystem Partnership Development :

  • Actively build and maintain partnerships with key ecosystem players to enhance our product solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop comprehensive solutions that deliver value to customers and distinguish our offerings in the market.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing semiconductor products.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience with market research and customer engagement.
