We are looking for someone who will oversee the financial activities related to the organization's treasury functions, including cash flow management, investment strategies, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements to optimize the organization's financial position.

The United States targeted base salary pay range for this position is: $120,000 - $155,000 bonus (this range will vary by location)

Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- Monitor and manage the organization's daily cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity, including implementing optimal cash concentration structures across all corporate entities.
- Develop and implement short and long-term investment strategies to optimize returns on surplus funds while establishing and maintaining policy governance.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with cash, investments, and financial transactions, including managing any foreign exchange exposures and implementing appropriate hedging strategies.
- Oversee the organization's debt portfolio, ensuring compliance with covenants and optimal cost of capital.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and prepare regular financial reports for senior management and stakeholders including supporting corporate development during capital raising activities.
- Maintain and develop relationships with banks, financial institutions, credit rating agencies, and other stakeholders to support the organization's financial goals and optimize funding terms.
- Lead and mentor a team of treasury analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Skills & Requirements
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury or financial management, with a proven track record of success in cash management and investment strategy.
- In depth understanding of capital markets and investment instruments
- Strong knowledge of debt structuring and covenant management
- Experience with complex lending agreements such as Asset-backed Securities, various Construction and Project Financing debt structures.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar certification is required
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a plus
- Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) is a plus
Specific Skills / Abilities
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
- Team development and mentorship
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, NetSuite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
