EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Certification:
- Cytotechnologist (CT) | American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) | Within 12 Months of Start Date | HR Primary Sources
Notes:
- Must also meet CLIA education and
experience standards for Cytotechnologist
- For CLIA Requirements, an official
transcript and/or diploma must be on file.
- Employee obtaining CT certification(s)
after January 1, 2004 will be required to demonstrate evidence of ongoing
maintenance of certification.
