Experience

- ICU or critical care settings
- Catheter care techniques
- IV insertion skills
- Monitoring vital signs effectively
- Medical-surgical nursing practices
- Durable Medical Equipment (DME) knowledge
- Acute pain management strategies
- Primary care settings experience
- Clinic operations familiarity
- Understanding of various ailments affecting patient populations
