EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- ·Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- · State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- · Minimum of 3 year's RN Case Management Experience is required.
