Shift - Sunday-Thursday (first week will be M-F to facilitate orientation)

Job Description:

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with hospice case management required
• Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required
• Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred
• Work schedule will be Sunday-Thursday (first week will be M-F to facilitate orientation)
