Responsibilities: –
- Design and development of applications using Java, J2EE
- Experience in web technology stack including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON
- Working with one or more backend databases RDBMS and NoSQL: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL etc.
- Development using Spring, Hibernate, Java 8
- Experience in development of REST APIs, Micro services
- Experience in webservers like Apache Tomcat, WebLogic,
- Experience with source control tools (Git, SVN etc.)
- Build and release management experience with tools like Maven, ANT, Gradle (or similar tools)
- Experience in containerization, Docker, Kubernetes is an asset
- Strong debugging, problem solving and investigative skills
- Expert in log analysis and pursue leads to find root cause problems
- Experience in working in a with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science (Master's Degree in similar field of study is an asset)
- Excellent communication skills with previous consulting experience is ideal.
