Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Should have At least 6 Years of Experience in Oracle HCM as Technical Consultant
- Must have experience in integration
- Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical
- Should be an expert in HCM Extracts
- knowledge in EBS HRMS would be a value add
- Good in outbound integrations
- BI Reports HDL knowledge
- Ability to do requirement gathering and mapping of the requirements with the Cloud product
- Should have participated as a technical/techno-function resource in end-to-end implementation projects
- Strong expertise in SQL and a good understanding of HCM tables
- Good hands-on HDL/ HCM Extracts / BIP / Rest API.
- Expertise in RTF, Excel, and E-Text Templates.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Experience in creating Technical design documentation and SIT/UAT Test scripts.
- Experience in user acceptance testing support and post Go live support activities.
