Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various nursing specialties, including geriatrics, acute care, and hospital medicine. Duties

• Assess and monitor patients’ health status, including vital signs and medical history.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Perform IV insertion and gastric lavage procedures when necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in emergency response situations, particularly in a Level I Trauma Center setting.
• Engage in travel nursing assignments as required, adapting to various clinical environments.
• Stay current with advancements in nursing practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in geriatrics, acute care, internal medicine, or toddler care is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of physiology and nursing best practices.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.
• Previous experience in travel nursing is a plus but not mandatory.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care and advocating for patients’ needs.

This position requires candidate to float between 2 medical surgical/tele units and take care of MS overflow in ICU and ED. Schedule is 72 hours every two weeks, Must have EPIC experience (Night shift only
