Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Assess and monitor patients’ health status, including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform IV insertion and gastric lavage procedures when necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in emergency response situations, particularly in a Level I Trauma Center setting.
- Engage in travel nursing assignments as required, adapting to various clinical environments.
- Stay current with advancements in nursing practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in geriatrics, acute care, internal medicine, or toddler care is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of physiology and nursing best practices.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.
- Previous experience in travel nursing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care and advocating for patients’ needs.
