As an Aveda Advisor, you'll play a vital role in creating a spectacular experience for our students, internal team members, and valued guests. This position could be full-time or part-time. Must have daytime, evening and weekend availability
Key Qualifications:
- Previous retail and guest service experience in a five-star environment, beauty industry preferred
- Key Holder experience preferred
- Experience in cosmetology or esthetician retail, preferred
Essential Job Functions:
- Greet guests and provide a Five-Star guest experience
- Discover guest needs and assist in purchasing products
- Conduct retail store operations including execution of the Aveda Service Wheel
- Accurately schedule reservations and check guests out using Zenoti
- Maintain and keep current with products and services, including timing, benefits, and
pricing - Attend and participate in meetings with GM and other team members
- Maintain professional and effective written and verbal communication with guests and all
team members - Other duties as assigned by leadership
