At the Institute of Beauty and Wellness, we're more than just a school – we're a community dedicated to caring, compassion, and uplifting others. As an Aveda Advisor, you'll play a vital role in creating a spectacular experience for our students, internal team members, and valued guests. This position is full-time looking to fill morning and evening hours:
-Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 7:30am-4pm; Wednesday 3:30-10pm.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous retail and guest service experience.
- Knowledge of Aveda products and services is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
Essential Job Functions:
- As a Retail and Guest Services Associate, your primary responsibility is to greet students, guests, and team members with a warm and welcoming attitude, ensuring they have a memorable Five-Star experience during their visit.
- Maintain an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of Aveda & Ultraceuticals products and services, enabling you to provide expert recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
- Work diligently to achieve retail goals to support the growth of the team. This includes actively promoting and selling Aveda products to our guests and ensuring they leave with the best products for their individual needs.
- Go above and beyond basic service expectations to meet guest needs. Anticipate their desires and provide personalized solutions, creating lasting, positive impressions.
- Accurately schedule reservations for guests and ensure a seamless check-out process using the Zenoti system. Maintain a well-organized schedule to optimize service efficiency.
