Skn Bar Rxis looking for aPatient Coordinatorto support the retail store and medical spa at of our Shorewood andPewaukee locations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct retail store operations such as opening or closing the location and scheduling reservations.
- Help to promote the location and team members via social media.
- Assist to achieve set service and retail sales goals.
- Assist with inventory, laundry and other operational tasks.
- Maintain product knowledge of our retail products.
- Form relationships with our patients and your co-workers
Qualifications:
- Two years experience in retail, Medi-spa, or the beauty industry.
- Experience in a clinical setting (front desk, medical office assistance, or similar)
- Experience with inventory management/control
- Exceptional customer interaction skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in social media marketing (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365.
- Prior experience with Zenoti is a plus, but not required.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
- Must be open to driving to both SKN Bar locations (based on the needs of the business)
