The State Sales Manager plays a vital role in fostering connections with new and existing customers within Wisconsin and neighboring regions. This role focuses on driving growth for partner spas by offering high-quality products and leveraging educational and marketing resources. Essential Job Functions:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to sell skincare products and devices.
- Perform outreach to local leads and prospects, including cold calling and email campaigns.
- Identify new accounts and generate high-quality leads in Wisconsin and nearby areas.
- Provide direct support to customers and respond promptly to sales inquiries.
- Address customer needs, including product questions, order requests, and shipping concerns.
- Foster client loyalty by identifying upselling opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage customer accounts, process orders, and handle associated administrative tasks.
- Use HubSpot to track sales activities and maintain accurate databases.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Partner with the Education team to answer product questions and support customer education efforts.
- Stay informed about market drivers, competitive landscape, and local partner dynamics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on creative direction and deliverables for local campaigns.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events within the state or nearby regions.
- Provide regular updates and maintain clear communication with management and relevant teams.
Required Technical Skills, Education, Experience, Training, and/or Credentials:
- Proven experience in sales, within the beauty or wellness industry.
- Strong network of industry contacts in Wisconsin and nearby areas.
- 5 years of sales or brand management experience within the Beauty & Wellness Industry.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
