Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry.
- Open to working nights and weekends, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, accurately schedule reservations and check guest out.
- Discover guest needs and assist in purchasing products.
- Conduct retail sales operations including execution of the Aveda Service Wheel.
- Attend and participate in meetings with GM and other team members.
- Maintain professional and effective written and verbal communication with guests and all team members.
- Participate in personal and team goal setting.
- Use social media to promote special events, merchandise new launches and participate in marketing calls.
- Assist with setting up marketing events at store location.
Salary : $14 - $18
