The Spa Attendant, reporting directly to the General Manager, plays a pivotal role in delivering Five-Star service to both internal team members and guests. At Edgeless Beauty Group, our commitment extends beyond beauty we strive to create a caring, compassionate, and uplifting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the seamless availability of guest amenities, including restrooms, changing suites, and all guest waiting areas.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain an organized and clean facility.
- Help provide a Five-Star experience by warmly welcoming and checking in with guests
- Ensure well-stocked amenities throughout the facility to enhance the guest experience
- Assist laundry operations, rotating as needed to maintain a fresh and inviting environment
- Conduct store operations including execution of the Aveda Service Wheel as needed
- Maintain and keep current with products and services, including timing, benefits, and pricing
- Actively participate in meetings with managers and fellow team members
- Maintain professional and effective communication with guests and team members
- Undertake other duties as assigned by leadership
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Includes working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
