POSITION : MARKETING OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
FLSA STATUS : EXEMPT
JOB SUMMARY : The Marketing Operations Director at Edgemere will manage the implementation of sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy targets. The Marketing Operations Director will collaborate with the sales team to support the sales and occupancy goals. Additionally, this position will be responsible for managing the sales and move-in procedures for the community to ensure seamless and effective communication with prospective and new residents and their families. The Marketing Operations Director will supervise all administrative aspects of the Marketing Department.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure sales goals are achieved.
- Utilize the Sherpa CRM system to track and manage leads and generate reports to support sales and move-in activities.
- Manage the departmental expense budget, ensuring expenses align with strategic tactics to drive census.
- Manage the sales office and ensure that it is staffed appropriately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Coordinate, develop, and maintain customization programs with new residents and their families.
- Work closely with the Sales team to coordinate sales and move-in activities.
- Coordinate new resident onboarding with department heads.
- Coordinate move-in logistics with new residents and their families.
- Provide community tours to prospective residents and their families when needed.
- Follow up with prospects to answer questions and address concerns.
- Assist with selecting and coordinating vendors, including movers and furniture rental companies.
- Conduct pre-move-in assessments to ensure that all needs are identified and addressed.
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
- Train and support the sales team in the use of the Sherpa CRM system.
- Supervise marketing and sales assistants in marketing and sales activities.
