What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apparel Sales and Pre-Production Assistant position at Edgemine Inc?
Edgemine, Inc. is seeking a full-time in-house Sales and Pre-Production Assistant. We are a wholesale apparel company with the goal of providing trendy, easy-to-wear styles with universal appeal for the junior market. Based in Los Angeles, Edgemine uses its vast global network to create high fashion at accessible prices, and we are looking for motivated individuals to grow with us.
This position will be in the Sales team but work as a liason between Sales and Production mostly (sometimes with Design team.)
Experience with price ticketing, RIFD and labeling is a huge plus. Any prior knowledge of EDI and UPC's is also a plus. Looking for someone who has experience in the apparel industry.
Core responsibilities
- Assigning UPC's when orders come in
- Ordering tickets and coordinating with production team
- Recording and sending out samples or swatches to clients
Qualifications –
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Detail oriented and organized
- Familiar with Excel
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
