Edgemine Inc. is seeking a Drop Ship Merchandising Coordinator to manage our drop ship operations on major fashion marketplaces. The ideal candidate will handle product listings, optimize merchandising strategies, and ensure efficient order fulfillment to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Manage drop ship merchandising on platforms like Target, Walmart, Amazon, Kohls, TikTok, Nordstrom, and Nordstrom Rack.
- Optimize product listings for visibility and compliance with marketplace standards.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure consistent stock availability and alignment with supplier stock.
- Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to develop product assortments based on market trends and customer needs.
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize revenue and minimize returns.
- Ensure timely order processing, tracking, and delivery to meet marketplace SLAs.
- Address and resolve issues related to order fulfillment, returns, or customer feedback.
- Implement process improvements to enhance drop shipping operations.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitor offerings.
