Edgemine, Inc. is seeking a full-time in-house Customer Service Representative for online & trade show orders for our contemporary brand Blu Pepper. We are a wholesale apparel company with the goal of providing trendy, easy-to-wear styles with universal appeal for the junior market. Based in Los Angeles, Edgemine uses its vast global network to create high fashion at accessible prices, and we are looking for motivated individuals to grow with us.
Core responsibilities
- Available to travel to tradeshows
- Physical labor with tradeshow setup and breakdown
- Assist in preparation for all tradeshows.
- Processing orders, adjusting, and troubleshooting requests.
- Maintain existing accounts by communicating new products.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Familiar with apparel clothing
