Education requirements: Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
Experience preferred but not required

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN or LPN/LVN in the state of Kentucky.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must be able to move intermittently throughout the work day.
Must be able to push, pull, move, or life a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 3ft.
