About the RoleAs a Servicing Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our primary advisor(s) by ensuring our existing clients receive proactive, personalized care. You’ll be the go-to resource for client service, financial plan maintenance, and ongoing relationship management, helping us achieve our goal of maintaining sub-2% annual attrition while also deepening wallet share and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

This is an in-person role based in our Grand Junction office, working closely with advisors, paraplanners, and operations professionals to deliver a truly elevated client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for an assigned book of clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring needs are met
- Support the lead advisor in ongoing client servicing as they focus on new business development
- Conduct client review meetings, update financial plans, and ensure alignment with goals and risk tolerance
- Collaborate with paraplanning and operations teams to ensure timely execution of service and operational requests
- Maintain a deep understanding of client circumstances, proactively identify needs, and surface planning or product solutions
- Support cross-sell efforts (insurance, banking, lending, etc.) and contribute to firm-wide growth goals
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics, and help drive initiatives to improve the client experience
- Ensure CRM and internal systems (Salesforce, financial planning software, etc.) are updated and accurate
- 3 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or private banking
- Proven experience creating, presenting, and managing financial plans for clients
- Excellent communicator—both in person and virtually—with a knack for simplifying complex topics
- Licensed and credentialed (Series 65 required, CFP® preferred or in progress)
- Strong planning and product knowledge across investments, insurance, retirement, and tax-aware strategies
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working within a modern tech stack (Salesforce, eMoney/MoneyGuide, etc.)
- High EQ with a service-first mentality—you thrive on trust, relationships, and follow-through
- A team player who can collaborate across departments and contribute to a culture of accountability and excellence
