Position: Move-In/Move-Out Property Cleaner
Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan
Type: Flexible Schedule (Part-Time/Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:
- Clean and prepare properties for move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
- Tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Remove trash and debris and ensure the property is guest-ready.
- Follow cleaning checklists and communicate with management about property conditions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have your own transportation to travel between properties.
- Reliable, punctual, self starter who can and works with minimal supervision.
- Flexible availability, including weekends if needed.
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing great work.
