- Conduct inside sales activities to promote staffing solutions to potential clients.
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to align candidate placements with client expectations.
- Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions for reporting purposes.Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation and inside sales, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and account management principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform sales strategies.
- Familiarity with software tools used for customer relationship management (CRM).
- Experience in the staffing industry 2 years is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
