We're Hiring: Educational Sales Representative for TestFit™
EdgeTech Global is seeking a professional, motivated Sales Representative to help us bring TestFit™ to private high schools across the region.
TestFit™ is a powerful diagnostic tool that helps students determine whether the SAT or ACT is the best fit for them—saving families time, stress, and money.
Position Overview: As a Sales Representative for TestFit™, your primary role will be to connect with decision-makers at private high schools and introduce the value of our diagnostic tool. You’ll serve as the front-facing ambassador for a game-changing solution designed to improve student outcomes and streamline college test prep.
You will not be expected to build the infrastructure—just build relationships and close deals.
We Provide You With:
- A weekly stipend to cover gas, meals, and travel expenses.
- A commission structure:
- 10% commission on all net sales generated.
- An additional 10% commission once you are closing deals independently.
- The opportunity to work up to a 50% sale on closing new schools.
- Full infrastructure and support, including:
- A curated lead list of school contacts.
- Sales templates, scripts, and email sequences.
- Professionally designed pitch materials and product demo tools.
- Admin and tech support to handle follow-ups, data entry, and scheduling.
Your Responsibilities:
- Reach out to and connect with school leaders (curriculum directors, guidance counselors, principals).
- Schedule and deliver demo presentations (with our support, if needed).
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships through the decision cycle.
- Track communications and outcomes in our CRM or shared tools.
- Represent the TestFit™ brand professionally and enthusiastically.
Expectations:
- Minimum 15 new contacts per week (calls, emails, or visits).
- 3-5 school meetings/demos scheduled per week.
- Close 2 school accounts monthly once onboarding is complete.
- Communicate progress weekly to the core team.
Start Date: April 2025 (active outreach will begin early April).
Ideal Candidate Has:
- Established relationships in the private education sector (preferred, not required).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience in consultative, relationship-based selling.
- Confidence working independently and representing a growing brand.
