We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Edgewater Family Dental.
Job Overview:
As a key member of our patient care team, you will provide exceptional oral health services to our patients. With the support of our experienced team, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and deliver top-notch care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough dental hygiene exams and provide personalized treatment plans.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Work closely with our doctors and hygienists to ensure seamless communication and optimal patient care.
Requirements:
- Current dental hygienist license in South Carolina.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and medical history documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of clinical experience preferred but willing to take the right new graduate.
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
