Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a .NET (C#) Full Stack Developer to support the IT program at a major national laboratory. This division manages, develops and maintains applications primarily for the Field Intelligence Element and Safeguards and Security organizations. These 50 applications are utilized to help facilitate and maintain the security posture for the laboratory.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and study complex system requirements.
- Design software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manage their implementation.
- Manage software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools.
- Estimate software development costs and schedule.
- Review existing programs and assist in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current techniques.
- Supervise software configuration management.
- Analyze design, develop, and deploy full-stack .NET web applications supporting our customers.
- Support existing applications using a variety of legacy technologies (primarily .NET) and modernize these applications.
- Develop technological improvements to our team’s toolchain (for example, our CI/CD pipeline, infrastructure APIs, testing framework, or our microservice deployment platform).
- BS/BA and 1 year of experience
- In lieu of a degree, additional relevant experience may be applicable.
- U.S. Citizenship is required per contract to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy Q clearance
- Experience as a full-stack web development
- Experience developing in .NET (C#)
- Experience with relational database design and usage
- Experience agile development
- Experience in HTML5, JavaScript, MS TypeScript, MS .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework Core, MongoDB, AngularJS v1.x, Angular Material, MS Visual Studio, and Docker software container is required.
Desired:
- Experience with Angular 10
Candidate can work remotely (must reside in the Albuquerque area) , but would need to be available to come on-site regularly.
