The Edgewater Hotel is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to join our Guest Services team!
Bell Attendants are responsible for ensuring the warm, friendly, and expedient service of each guest upon arrival, departure and any needs during their stay. Will provide primarily bell/shuttle service and will assist with valet service when needed. As a supervisor you provide leadership to the team. Performing audits and log important information; support bookkeeping for 3rd party driving services, and utilize software to record transactions.

Must be very detailed oriented and have a professional demeanor.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills & effective communication.
Thorough knowledge of the Seattle area as well as all hotel services and amenities is paramount for success in this position

Schedule:
- Will regularly work a minimum of three 10 hour shifts per week.
- Shift times are from 6 am - 4pm or 3 pm-1am
Schedule fluctuates based on business levels.
RATE OF PAY:
$23.51/hour plus tips and incentives

Requirements
• Thorough knowledge of the Seattle area as well as all hotel services and amenities is paramount for success in this position.
• Previous supervisory and valet experience is a must.
• Previous hotel experience is highly desired.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work both indoors and outdoors is required.
• A driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles and a valid driver’s license are required.
